Naxian Coast Transfer provides private transfer and private tour services in Naxos, Greece. Our services include port and airport transfers, point-to-point private transfers, custom pickup and destination routes, private tour packages, and custom private tours.
2. Using this website
This website is provided so visitors can learn about our services, view tour and vehicle information, contact us, and submit booking requests. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, security, forms, maps, or automated protection systems.
3. Booking requests are not automatic confirmations
Submitting a booking or contact form does not automatically create a confirmed booking. A transfer or tour is confirmed only when Naxian Coast Transfer confirms availability, pickup point, date, time, route, passenger count, luggage, service details, and price.
4. Private transfers
Private transfer requests require a pickup point and destination. Standard pickup locations may include the Port of Naxos and Airport of Naxos. Custom pickup or destination pins may require manual route review and a tailored price confirmation.
Published route prices, where shown, apply only to the listed pickup and destination combinations and normal point-to-point service. Extra stops, waiting time, unusual access conditions, route changes, or additional requirements may change the final confirmed price.
5. Private tours
Private tour requests require a tour package or custom tour request and a pickup point. Tour routes, stops, timing, and pace may be adjusted before confirmation based on pickup location, season, traffic, group size, walking pace, accessibility needs, and customer preferences.
Tour descriptions and maps are provided for planning and presentation. Exact route order, stop duration, road access, opening hours, and availability of demonstrations, tastings, museums, workshops, or lunch stops may vary.
6. Customer information and accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, arrival date, arrival time, pickup point, destination or tour package, passenger count, luggage count, and any relevant comments. Incorrect, incomplete, or late information may affect service availability, timing, pickup success, or pricing.
7. Pickup timing, delays, and waiting time
We aim to plan pickup timing carefully, especially for port and airport arrivals. Ferry, flight, traffic, weather, road access, or customer delays may affect the schedule. If arrival details change, you should contact us as soon as possible.
Reasonable adjustments may be made when possible, but extended waiting time, missed pickups, unclear meeting points, or major delays may require rescheduling, a revised price, or cancellation of the service.
8. Prices, VAT, and payment
All confirmed prices include VAT unless we clearly state otherwise. Cash payment is required unless another payment method is explicitly confirmed by Naxian Coast Transfer before the service.
Estimated prices shown on the website are for guidance. A final price is confirmed after we review the request, route, timing, vehicle availability, passenger count, luggage, and any special requirements.
9. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and change conditions may depend on the service type, season, route, notice period, vehicle availability, and any special arrangements made for the customer. Any specific cancellation or change terms will be communicated during confirmation where relevant.
10. Passenger conduct and safety
Passengers must respect the driver, vehicle, agreed route, local laws, safety instructions, and other members of the group. We may refuse or stop service if conduct is unsafe, abusive, illegal, or likely to damage the vehicle or affect the safety of the journey.
11. Luggage, child seats, and special requirements
Passenger and luggage counts must be declared accurately. Oversized luggage, undeclared items, mobility needs, child seats, or other special requirements should be mentioned before confirmation so we can check whether the service can be provided safely and comfortably.
12. Vehicle and driver availability
Vehicle information on the website is provided for transparency. A specific vehicle may be requested, but final allocation depends on availability, route needs, passenger count, luggage, maintenance, and operational requirements.
13. Website content, maps, and images
We try to keep website content accurate and useful, but routes, prices, images, maps, tour stops, vehicle availability, and descriptions may change. Website content is not a guarantee that a specific service, route, stop, or vehicle is available at all times.
14. Limitation of responsibility
We are responsible for providing confirmed services with reasonable care. We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by events outside our reasonable control, including ferry or flight changes, weather, road closures, traffic, accidents, strikes, public authority decisions, customer delay, or incorrect customer information.
